Welcome to the French School of the Caucasus
The enrollment of children at the French School is subjected to the presentation of the following documents:
- The enrollment form completed and an ID photo
- A copy of the birth certificate, and identity document (identity card or passport) of the child
- A copy of the parents' passports

- A document indicating the mandatory vaccinations: diphtheria, tetanus, polio (child health record or vaccination certificates) or a certificate of medical contraindication
- In cases of school transfer: an attendance certificate from the former school (EXEAT)
- A copy of the grades book for the previous and/or current year
Enrolment is effective upon payment of the enrolment fee and then the school fees which are to be paid in three instalments at the beginning of each term to the French School of the Caucasus bank account, either in GEL or in Euros (only possible from abroad by bank transfer).
Additional information for families of kindergarten students
Children are admitted on the first day of school in the kindergarten if they are toilet-trained.
Additional information for students joining the school after Grade 1 :
When registering the child, the parents commit themselves to translate all the documents listed above into Georgian at a notary's office in order to register their child with the Ministry of Education. This step is compulsory and is not included in the enrolment/school fees.
For any enrollment from Grade 2 (CE1) onwards:
For students who have not previously attended a French school or who are not French nationals, a French language test is required. This test helps assess the student’s level in order to tailor their educational support and promote success within the School.
