Magical Flowers and Wishes Festival

The story “The Flower with Seven Colors” served as an inspiration for our second-grade students. With their little hands, they brought to life on paper flowers born from their imagination, which they then colored with shades full of joy, dreams, and hope. Each student also wrote next to their flower their dearest wish — the one they most hope will come true. These drawings are more than just illustrations; they reflect the purity of the children’s hearts and their belief that even the most extraordinary dreams can come true.

What is Bullying?

As part of their Georgian language and literature studies, the fifth-grade students carried out a project titled “What is Bullying?”. The main goal was to raise awareness about bullying and to foster better understanding between older and younger students. To achieve this, they created presentations that were original in both content and design, based on Archil Sulakauri’s story “The Boy and the Dog”, which they then presented interactively to their fourth-grade classmates. A discussion followed, during which the students asked questions, shared their viewpoints, and worked together to better understand the nature of bullying, its dangers, and ways to prevent it. This project helped develop the students’ critical thinking, presentation skills, and sense of empathy.

Performance by School No. 23

Congratulations to Public School No. 23 Ilia Chavchavadze of Tbilisi, which came today to present its show to the students of the École Française du Caucase! It was a wonderful moment of sharing in French that delighted the children and highlighted the talent and dedication of the entire teaching team of School No. 23, the only public school in Georgia to offer French language learning from first grade. This performance retraces the story of the Erasmus+ project “From d’Artagnan to Napoleon, step by step: Dumas’ Europe”, in which the students of School No. 23 took part alongside peers from France, Italy, and the Czech Republic between 2022 and 2025. A unique project in Georgia, as School No. 23 is the first school in the country to participate in an Erasmus+ programme at school level — a remarkable achievement for francophone education.

French Schools Around the World Week – Music Creation and Science!

On Wednesday, November 26th, two students from 5B took part in a workshop introducing AI-assisted scientific songwriting. Arzu and Keyvan first chose the chapter that inspired them the most for this experience… and unsurprisingly, astronomy – fascinating and mysterious – won all the votes! A glimpse of their amazing work: Arzu: https://suno.com/s/5LGP0mv1XS1kPlnA Keyvan: https://suno.com/s/6zeKgx2rGajhx9hv Their teachers, Mrs. Gogaladze and Mr. Bély, were delighted to guide them through this project… and to present a very creative 3D-printed “Erlenmicrophone” specially made for the occasion!
