First Aid at the École Française du Caucase
As part of our commitment to student safety and civic education, the École Française du Caucase is implementing first aid training sessions. Grade 7 – Life-Saving Actions 🕒 3-hour introductory course to acquire essential reflexes in emergency situations 📅 Session: January 30, with additional sessions planned in March A certificate will be awarded to each participant Grade 9 – Civic First Aid (PSC) 📅 Voluntary sessions: Saturdays, March 14 and 21, 2026 📅 Additional sessions: Saturdays, June 6 and 13, 2026 A certificate will be issued at the end of the training Training our students means giving them the tools to act, protect, and save lives. An essential learning experience in the service of responsibility and citizenship.

Reading Competition – CM1 & CM2
CM1 and CM2 students took part with great enthusiasm in a reading competition, highlighting the pleasure of reading, oral expression, and self-confidence. The performances were evaluated by a jury composed of representatives from the French Institute and the French School of the Caucasus. We warmly thank them for their presence and for evaluating the students. Congratulations to the winners for their excellent performances! Republican Galette at the French School of the Caucasus
At the French School of the Caucasus, we celebrated the Republican Galette in a spirit of conviviality and sharing, bringing together the entire school community. The event took place in the presence of Mr. Kamel Yassili, Head of School; His Excellency Mr. Olivier Courteau, Ambassador of France; Ms. Camille Nora, Counselor for Cooperation and Cultural Action (CoCaC); as well as Ms. Lusine Bardon, Advisor to French Citizens Abroad. Members of our school staff were also present on this occasion. This gathering gave us the opportunity to extend our best wishes for the New Year—may it be a year of success, commitment, and cooperation—while also celebrating an important milestone: the 20th anniversary of the French School of the Caucasus. For two decades, EFC has consistently served French education, academic excellence, and the values of the Republic. The Night of Reading at the French School of the Caucasus
CM1 and CM2 students had the opportunity to discover the school from a completely different perspective during an evening dedicated to reading, games, and creativity. In the presence of the Primary School Director and alongside their teachers, the students took part in a variety of fun and educational activities: - A reading-themed escape game - Putting a story back in the correct order - Grammar construction games - Challenges encouraging inventiveness and creative thinking It was a special moment, rich in sharing and discovery, allowing students to take a fresh look at school and the French language in a friendly and stimulating atmosphere
